Very comfortable appartment with a special spirit of Italy. We spent already two times our holidays in Levante and will come again and again. Beautiful town, marvelous surroundings, great owner Riccardo and helpful Suren. We are just lucky beeing there!

We are now home from our holiday in Viareggio and we had an excellent time. 
 First of all, thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your family house and, of course, it is in the perfect location for the station, the town, the beach and the park. The beds are the most comfortable we have slept on and the bathroom is fantastic. 
Sury was a very good host and continued your careful organisation of our stay and we do appreciate that. Thank you also for the information on your website as it helped us to get the most out of Vareggio. We think it is a wonderful place and we really enjoyed the bagnos and now understand why they are so popular in Italy.

Have just returned from a week in Ponente (Viareggio), what can I say, Riccardo made the whole experience of booking very easy and pleasant. The town is beautiful with loads of great restaurants and things to do. If you are thinking of Viareggio I would defiantly stay at Ponente as its a lovely spacious house that is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, beach, town centre, market, park and restaurants/ bars.

Riccardo, we had a fabulous holiday in Viareggio and your house was absolutely perfect for us. It has been finished to a very high standard and you get a real sense of it having been a family home. I felt I was on holiday in Italy in a proper Italian house and not a holiday let.

You have a great house and we loved it - fabulous shower which I must mention and the paintings (some of which were done by your Dad I see) really added to the homely feeling.

Could I just say that Suren was really great and while we only needed to call on her once, I found her extremely pleasant and friendly.

We really enjoyed the stay in your house and felt comfortable. Luckily, we also could use the little garden the entire time. Particularly, we enjoyed to be so close to the little market to do our vegetable shopping. As far as the house is concerned: No complains, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Suren was extremely friendly and very uncomplicated (greetings to her!). The coffeeshop just across the street was excellent for morning coffees (coffee is one of the main reasons for italy as our holiday country :)

And the bike shop in your street rented out a bicycle with a (funny) child seat, so we could bike the 3 of us. For 20 euros. Incredible.

Just returned from a great stay at Ponente. We booked the week before the property had been fully completed so there was a great deal of trust involved - but the owner was absolutely true to his word and extremely professional in all our dealings. In fact the photos slightly undersell the apartment - rooms are bigger than they appear. Everything spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The main bedroom (overlooking the street) is quite noisy - but you'd expect this in the centre of town. Location is perfect - less than 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants, station and bus station and just a few minutes to supermarket, bread shop, rosticceria. After many holidays in the area with car rental, we decided to rely on public transport and it couldn't have been easier - and we actually found it very liberating. I'd thoroughly recommend it!

Hello Riccardo

We really enjoyed our stay in your house, it was super, the dishwasher in the kitchen was also very good. We have never been to Viareggio before, but all of us found it very good for our vacation.

We went to the Puccini festival, visited Firenze Luca Bolgheri and Spiaggia Bianca where we were 10 years ago. We spent most of our days on the public beach in Torre del Lago, it was clean and the water was warm. It is a pity that you cant use the garden when the Levante is rented out, but we were ok on the terrace. Also a big thank to Suren, she was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Viareggio and, especially, at your house. It is comfortable and very good equipped (washng mahine, diswasher etc), and we noted that "Levante" is rather cool, thus we did not feel the absence of the air conditioner at all. The small garden covered by palm tree is very pleasant and we spent much time there. The location of the house is very good also, It is close to everything you need - supermarket, backery, shops, and, especially important for our child, a big playground in the pinewood.  The train station is also very close and it is so easy to reach Firenze, Genova etc. 

We would like to tell special thank to Suren, it was a great pleasure to be supported by her, she was available at any time we need with immediate solutions).

We enjoyed our time at your house in Viareggio. It's a beautiful place to relax and we were very sad, when we had to drive home.

There was really enough place for me and my family in the ponente.

Everyday we went to the beach by bike. We also saw Pisa, Lucca and other villages. It was an unforgetable stay and we'll come back, when it's possible.
